My name is Phoebe and my foster mom says I’m a ton of fun! Phoebe is a 10 month old kitten. Some of my favorite things are bird watching, chasing toys on a string, cuddling up with my foster parents at night, and zooming from one room to the next! I like to know what’s going on at all times, so I’m never far behind any action, even if that means jumping in the shower while you’re in it! I may be tiny, but foster mom says I’ve got a big personality!
