Oscar is an 8yr old shi-tzu who was rescued from a mill-like, hoarding house situation many months ago. Since then, he has been learning (very slowly) that people are good. He came to us incredibly undersocialized and terrified of literally everything, but with time and patience he is slowly improving! Here's what his foster mom says about him!
"Oscar is the softest, sweetest fluffiest shih tzu you'll ever meet! Sadly, he spent most of his 8 years in a puppy mill/hoarder situation. He's slowly learning about the real world, and what it feels like to be a normal dog in a loving home. He gets along great with other dogs and cats but is (understandably, ) frightened of humans. He will warm up to you, but needs time and patience! When he's scared he just retreats. He's becoming a top notch cuddler and loves playing with toys and his dog friends. Once he's comfortable, you'll see his adorable, hilarious personality! He's definitely a gem.
The adoption donation for Oscar is $100.
