Jorge is a 10ish year old little white fluffy dog mix - maybe some poodle? Maybe some Maltese? Havanese? Take your pick! He came to WISH a very dirty, matted, and terrified little boy who through several expensive surgeries to fix him up and a lot of TLC from his foster mom has blossomed. And now it's up to you to help us find him his forever family! He is a very smart boy, and he knows sit, come, and wait. He is 100% potty trained in his foster home and loves the great outdoors. (Maybe you're looking for a walk partner?) Jorge is also very vocal and likes to put his 2 cents in whenever possible, though he's not a big barker unless he is excited. He is still working on feeling comfortable in a crate, and may do best in a home where he doesn't need to be crated, or where his people are home often. He loves to snuggle up to his people every chance he gets, but on his terms. He also likes to be carried and go for walks. Jorge is super sweet but needs a bit of space at first to gain confidence and trust. He is friendly with similar sized dogs as well as cats!
